Everything in this hotel was exceptional until the dynamic leadership of a general manager and his talented and a hospitable team. They upgraded me to executive suite as a courtesy. The breakfast offered had a huge variety of continental and local food, it was very delicious and in in abundance. Ali at front desk, special thanks for helping me with in drive rides, I loved your sense of humor, keep it up. I plan to bring my family next time. Highly recommended for families and solo travelers.

Excellent customer service. Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Hotel manager Mr Bilal looked after us well. He is very professional and helpful. A waiter named Rashid was great too.
